Baena: "Sala de Cata" (tasting room) with blind tastings of arbequina, hojiblanca, picual oils; "Concurso de Aceite" (competition for best local oil); "Ruta de la Tapa" with olive oil-themed tapas; guided tours of almazaras (olive oil mills) during harvest season (November-December olives picked green for early harvest oil—"Aceite de Cosecha Temprana" with peppery finish). Martos: "Fiesta del Primer Aceite" (First Oil Festival) celebrating first pressing of new harvest season; olives hand-picked before December (verdeo—green olives)
