Major agricultural fair in greater Seville area. Showcases Andalusian livestock (sheep, goats, pigs, horses, fighting bulls—ganado bravo for bullfighting), farm machinery (tractors, harvesters), agricultural technology (drones for irrigation, soil sensors). Not a tourist festival per se, but notable for: "Fiesta del Cuchareo" (spoon-tasting of salmorejo and gazpacho andaluz), "Catas de Vino" (sherry tastings from Marco de Jerez), "Exposición de Caballos" (Andalusian horse exhibition). Also "Ruta de la Tapa" with 30+ participating bars in Dos Hermanas tapas crawl (€2-3 per tapa + drink)
