Commemorates traditional olive pressing methods at restored Roman-style mill. Demonstrations of "prensa de viga" (beam press) and "piedra de molino" (millstone) crushing olives into paste before hydraulic pressing. Tasting of "Aceite de Sierra Mágina" (DOP Sierra Mágina olive oil) with local bread (mollete—soft white roll). Also: cultural tours of olive oil museums (Museo de la Cultura del Olivo in Baeza, Museo de la Batalla de las Navas de Tolosa in Santa Elena both near Jaén)
