Celebrates sherry grape harvest (Palomino grape for fino/amontillado/oloroso, Pedro Ximénez for sweet sherry, Moscatel). "Pisado de Uvas" (grape stomping) at Bodegas González Byass (Tío Pepe) with "sherry weddings" ceremony where first must (grape juice) is offered to patron saint. "Catas de Vino" (sherry tastings) across 30+ bodegas. "Feria de la Vendimia" (fair) at González Hontoria Park (same location as Feria del Caballo) with casetas and rebujito. "La Gala de la Vendimia" (gala dinner with sherry pairing, €150-250 per person)
