Special mass at 11am; also legends of "Ous de Santa Inés" (St. Agnes eggs)—tradition in Catalonia of cooking "ous de carnaval" (carnival eggs) but more associated with local bakeries near cathedral selling "pastissets de Santa Inés" (small almond pastries).
