Sherry festival in the "other" Sherry Triangle city (with Jerez and Sanlúcar). Celebrates fino sherry—driest, palest style of sherry, aged under flor (yeast cap) in criaderas y soleras system. "Cata de Finos" (Fino tastings) at Bodegas Osborne (known for Osborne bull black silhouette roadside signs), Bodegas 501 (part of Grupo Estévez), Bodegas Gutiérrez Colosía (oldest in El Puerto, 1769). "Ruta del Fino" with tapas at Calle Larga (main tapas street)—pay for tapas + fino glass (€2-3). "Flamenco en las Bodegas" (flamenco in wineries) with cante jondo performances
